Does anyone have a decent lease with addendums that is willing to share the info with the rest of us. I am so fearfull of the gas companies taking advantage of us hillbillies. I don't want to be like the Indians and trade of my gold for a few shells and beads.

Majority of participants on there live in Wayne and Susquehanna counties.
