| currently the initial offer for s.e. bradford, tuscarora twp. is 2700/16/5 yrs. oddly enough this offer isnt from chesapeake who seems to have staked it out as a primary area of interest. chief has made the offer. chesapeake plans to drill at least 14 wells thru tuscarora twp. this summer. a line of them arcing from auburn twp susq cty, thru tuscarora twp brad co, into braintrim twp wyo cty. gonna be a busy summer! btw, bonus money has been successfully negotiated up to 3000 offer, no budge on the royalties tho.

|
| Has anyone in the Gillett area been contacted by the gas companies yet? I recently noticed some areas staked out along the Berwick Turnpike.
